Vylets Return & Refund Policy

At Vylets, every piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we maintain a strict return policy.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be approved.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must have all original tags attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, smoke, or odors

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied and sent back to the customer.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

No exceptions.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If a return is rejected due to condition or policy violations, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Vylets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase with Vylets, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returns that do not follow this policy are not eligible for refunds

  • Unauthorized chargebacks filed for items that were delivered and comply with this policy will be disputed with proof of delivery, order confirmation, and policy agreement

  • Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases
