At Vylets, we take pride in carefully preparing and shipping each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Vylets is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Vylets is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to:

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Vylets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Contact your local carrier directly
Claims for missing packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused, returned, or unclaimed are not eligible for a refund. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees will apply.
